Results:
Contour adaptations were done by the ROs within a median time of 10 minutes, compared to 16 minutes for the RTTs. The volume percentage difference (median [inter-quartile range]) was 0.00% [-2.90 – 3.63] within the RO group and -0.15% [-2.27 – 3.12] within the RTT group (Fig. 1a). The DSC was 0.90 [0.89 – 0.92] for the ROs and 0.90 [0.88 – 0.91] for the RTTs (Fig. 1b). The 95th percentile HD was 1.5mm [1.5 – 1.81] for the ROs and 1.5mm [1.5 – 2.12] for the RTTs (Fig. 2).
The dosimetric analysis showed that the average PTV V95% was reduced to 96.6%, when plans were optimized on the contours adapted by the RTTs. The average CTV V95% was well above 99%. Even when the CTV was expanded by 1.5mm the a V95% of 98.9% was achieved (Table 1).
