Conclusion:

The inclusion of additional anatomical information such as bladder could improve the performance of DIR in generating the SIB on CBCT for bladder radiotherapy, particularly for SIBs located in the bladder dome region. Deformable contour propagation of the bladder and the SIB could be applied in an online CBCT-guided adaptive workflow to improve the efficiency of the process, making the adaptive processes more feasible for bladder radiotherapy.
