Conclusion:

In this preliminary analysis, SGRT-IGRT residual error during DIBH radiotherapy doesn’t seem to have a detrimental impact on dosimetry for both target coverage and OARs sparing. This workflow could be easily used for further investigation on a larger sample size, in order to confirm these data, and contemporarily validated for real on line adaptive strategy.
