yet for OAPT, several efforts are being made in that direction. However, it is important to highlight that according to our study, an extra time per fraction of around 15 minutes would only be worth it when OAPT comes together with a margin reduction. Beyond these time thresholds, the overall benefit of OAPT in terms of reducing NTCP diminishes, highlighting the importance of efficient and fast adaptation workflows.
