Conclusion:

Brainlab masks exhibit statistically significant greater stability in AP, CC and pitch directions while DSPS masks show a better stability in roll. Brainlab masks showed lower correlation values of residual deviations in CC and LR direction after performing pitch and roll corrections, respectively, compared to DSPS masks. However, the differences lack clinical relevance since >90% of intra-fraction setup errors stayed below 0.09cm. Increased imaging and time consumption may occur if tolerances for verification imaging are set too tight.
