Results:

For the dice-score the average, standard deviation and IQR are smaller for iCBCT compared to CBCT. For the Hausdorff distance the average, standard deviation and range are smaller in the iCBCT. The IQR is exactly the same (table 1). For both, dice-score and Hausdorff distance difference between the CBCT and iCBCT, are very small. The Wilxocon Signed Rank Test shows no significant differences between CBCT and iCBCT. Informal conversations with the operators indicate that iCBCT is preferred over CBCT because of the perceived quality. Perhaps it is easier to delineate the lymph nodes on iCBCT but when take time it is possible to delineate it in the same way on CBCT.

Conclusion:

There is no difference found in the reproducibility of delineation of pelvic lymph nodes on the CBCT compared to iCBCT. In future work it would be interesting to investigate possible time savings from delineation to iCBCT compared to CBCT.
