The number of interruptions (see Figure 2) remained stable during the first treatment arc, with median (range) of 1[1, 5] vs. 1[1, 5], while a slight but significant difference was observed during the second treatment arc, 1[1, 4] vs. 1[1, 7] (Mann-Whitney p<0.05).

Accordingly, the delivery time increased for both arcs, with median (interquartile range) of 60[54, 72] s vs. 76[69, 94] s, and 63[55, 73.5] vs. 96[84, 112] (Mann-Whitney p<0.05), for the first and second arc, respectively.

Conclusion:

The introduction of a visual coach significantly improved the stability of intra-breath hold and increased the percentage of patients treated with DIBH. The reduction of DIBH threshold ensured a more consistent and controlled
