Conclusion:

Positioning with SGRT, compared to laser-based, significantly reduces both systematic and random inter-fraction errors, allowing PTV margins reduction. We hypothesized that these inter-fraction errors may be correlated to age and breast volume. Intra-fraction deviations were greater than or equal to 3 mm in less than 4% of the time. The longer the treatment time, the greater the systematic error, while the random error remains stable. The largest systematic deviation is in the vertical direction.
