Conclusion:
This study established the magnitude of bony anatomy setup errors for lung SABR treatments and identified potential associations with several co-variates. Larger prospective studies that include a wider range of variable should be conducted.

Purpose/Objective:
Breast or trunk lymphoedema is a chronic, progressive medical condition that can occur following treatment for breast cancer (1) . Estimates of incidence range from <1 in 10 to almost all women (90.4%) treated for breast cancer (1) . Early detection and intervention are crucial for managing lymphoedema effectively to prevent long-term chronic impact on patients’ quality of life.
