improvements (p = <0.001) in median DSC for bladder (1st attempt), rectum (final attempt) and bowel bag (final attempt) were recorded (table 1).

For sigmoid, a decrease in post training initial attempt in both CT and CBCT was noted. However, a statistically significant difference between the DSC value measured at pre-training and post training final iterations. A moderate, statistically significant, positive correlation was found between participant self-reported accuracy and DSC for the rectum OAR on the CBCT dataset completed at post-training, (figure 1) for a smaller subset of participants (n= 30).
