Conclusion:

This in-depth study revealed that Belgian RTTs have CPD educational needs related to their basic education and other professional domains. It emphasises the need for a national initiative to address the issues identified and to prioritise learning gaps. Creating a task force to conduct a CPD national program and address recommendations provided in this work is highly recommended.
