In a Lumbo-Sacral spine case, the guide volume was increased in size by 4.3% (995.91cc from 953.93cc) by the clinical oncologist to include an additional 1cm of sacrum inferiorly (Fig. 2).

Of note, these amendments would not have entirely been covered by the institution standard 7mm or 10mm PTV margin so could be clinically significant in planning, even where the percentage change is small.

Time taken to complete voluming for the cases was significantly reduced for the clinical oncologists, even when edits were made to guide structures. Time reduction was in the range of 1-2 hours depending on the case. Provisional guide CTVs were added promptly by the radiographer at the time of CT. Additionally, the feedback from the clinical
