Conclusion:

The survey results presented a majority positive attitude to research amongst Scottish RTT, with most common perceived barriers found to be access to protected time and staff; information, training, and peer support. To address these barriers an action plan will be created with recommendations provided to the Scottish Radiographer Research Forum for implementation throughout Scottish RT centres.
