showing a lower actual V38Gy than predicted were identified. Offline replanning of those outliers resulted in an average increase of 7.4 % for V38Gy without exceeding the OAR constraints.

Conclusion:

Target coverage was shown to be statistically correlated with the volume of OARs within 2cm and their overlap with the PTV. An upfront dose target coverage prediction model was created which can aid in the clinical review of online adaptive planning in MRIgRT for pancreatic tumors.
