Conclusion:

Surgical resection, especially BCS followed by PORT was the predominant treatment approach for ACC of the breast. Local recurrence mostly occurred in the tumor bed, which was a much less frequent event compared to distant metastasis. The findings of this study suggest that partial breast irradiation might be considered for post operative[S1] RT in primary breast ACC.
