Conclusion:

In this cohort of patients undergoing upfront mastectomy with one to three positive SLNs, LRR was low and overall survival was high. PMRT improved significantly the 5-year DFS and distant DFS. cALND did not alter the receipt of RNI to the supraclavicular, internal mammary or axillary level II and level III lymph nodes. Axillary level I lymph nodes were less likely to be targeted after cALND.
