Conclusion:

The ML models developed in this study were able to identify predictors of LF and RN and estimated the duration of LC and time to develop RN in a modern cohort of patients treated with SRS and contemporary systemic therapies. These models can be useful to optimize follow-up imaging in clinics at an individual level. Development of additional ML models to identify modifiable factors to improve LC and reduce RN risk are underway.
