Conclusion:

Findings from our analysis confirm the efficacy of SRS as postoperative treatment for newly diagnosed BM, irrespectively of total cavity volume and primary tumour histology. This information will aid in the development of comprehensive treatment strategies with potentially improved outcomes for patients with BM.
