more than 343 cc was 13.2 months versus 9.9 months (p<0.01). The median PFS was 10.45 months (3.7-16.1) and a DSS of 12.9 months (3.3-37.2).
Conclusion:
Survival analysis of molecular glioblastoma shows poor outcomes in comparison to histological glioblastoma. A higher dose of radiotherapy correlates with superior survival in these patients. Longer follow-ups in prospective studies would help provide various other survival outcomes.
