Conclusion:

The incidence of IC was comparable to recent proton therapy studies and previous photon therapy cohorts. The increased incidence for oligodendroglioma patients may be a surrogate for the use of PCV chemotherapy. Even though the model results in low p-values care should be taken when interpreting results from voxel-based analysis only based on patients with image changes.
