radionecrosis (8.8%). We identified a D volume of 16cc (D 16cc : the minimum dose received by a volume of 16cc of brain PTV) that was linearly related to the overall probability of radionecrosis (p-value < .001, adjusted R-square 0.97, figure 1: RN probability in the patients’ population versus D16cc with linear regression fit line in dark red).

The median D 16cc for patients with RN was 81.6 Gy, in comparison to those without RN who had a median D 16cc of 68.7 Gy (p-value = .02, figure 2).
