This study describes for the first time the successful implementation of a uCT-ART-based OART system for EBRT in cervical cancer. The quality of OART automatic segmentation contour, automatic radiotherapy plan and treatment duration that met clinical requirements proved the feasibility of clinical application of OART; no acute radiotherapy toxicity of grade 3 or above in the digestive system and hematopoietic system showed its safety in clinical practice.
