Conclusion: PBM is recommended in clinical practice but more studies are necessary to extend PBM in others range. This study keep on to provide real world evidence that PBM has an important role in decreasing the incidence and the severity of sides effects induced by chemoradiotherapy in HNC patients while preserving an excellent oncological outcome profile.
