Conclusion: Including CT radiomics features from the primary tumor significantly improved LC prediction, while integrating CT images with lymph node contours in a deep learning model enhanced DC prediction. These findings highlight the potential of CT imaging to significantly refine prediction models, supporting more personalized and effective treatment planning for NPC patients.
