The model has achieved visually pleasing performance. As can be seen from Figure 2, compared to other five comparative multimodal segmentation models, our proposed model has generated GTV most similar to the clinical ground truth. Quantitively analysis by Dice similarity coefficients(DSC) and Jaccard index(JI) were also operated, and the proposed model has reached a mean DSC(/%) of 78.27±8.67(average), 81.29±7.33(GTVp), 75.25±10.01(GTVnd), and a mean JI(/%) of 65.23±9.02(average), 67.79±7.66(GTVp), 62.66±10.38(GTVnd). Conclusion: We developed a performant Multimodal Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Segmentation model by selective information extraction technique based on 3D gaussian representations and step-wise coarse-to-fine segmentation process based on 3D-Gaussian-prompted Diffusion Deep Learning Model. The accurate GTV segmentation performance and interpretable generating process of our prosed model have formed a reliable clinical solution for NPC GTV auto delineation, which may further facilitate more accurate NPC treatment planning.
