Conclusion: PENTOCLO demonstrates high rates of clinical improvement or stabilization in head and neck cancer patients with ORN. Deterioration-free survival rates at 2 to 3 years are comparable regardless of its use as first-line or subsequent-line therapy. These findings support the utility of PENTOCLO as an effective management strategy for ORN, though further prospective studies are warranted.
