No significant associations were identified for cCR or LRR.
Conclusion: Important variability exists in the delivery of RT boost for primary tumour in LARC. This review highlights the association between certain technical parameters and improved oncological outcomes, laying the groundwork for developing consensus guidelines on RT rectal boost.
