Conclusion: Based on our results, cCT strategy seems favorable regarding iCT because provides better pathological outcome after surgery, with similar postoperative complications and less acute toxicity. In terms of survival, we did not find any statistically significant differences, however, it seems that the possibility of recurrence is lower in this subgroup. On the other hand, in the induction group, intra-treatment progression were observed in 9%; so intra-treatment reevaluations should be protocolized to identify the subgroup of non-responders and lead the therapeutic approach.
