Conclusion: In the study, we demonstrated that CBCT radiomics analysis can more clearly detect changes in primary lung cancer over time during radiotherapy. And, we suggest that the coarseness and intensity of the CBCT texture features indicate lung cancer tumor response to radiation therapy.
