Conclusion: In our cohort SBRT delivered to oligoprogressive lung metastases resulted in a median 14 month delay in systemic therapies line progression. The impact of SBRT seemed to be more relevant for patients with only one oligometastatic lesion and one oligometastatic lung lesion.
