Conclusion: Surgery and adjuvant chemotherapy showed superior survival compared to chemoradiotherapy in early LS-SCLC patients, even in those undergoing sub-lobar resection. Our findings support current treatment guidelines, recommending surgery as the preferred treatment for this patient group. Further studies are needed to confirm our findings.
