Conclusion: The PSI model demonstrates strong predictive capability for tumour volume regression in NSCLC patients undergoing mildly hypofractionated RT, by day 10 of RT. This highlights the potential utility of CBCT tumour volumes for early assessment of tumour response, which could be helpful in future adaptive RT paradigms.
