Results: Patient baseline characteristics are listed in Table 1. All 67 patients were analyzed at baseline for QoL with 6 patients lost during follow-up (five deaths, one withdrawal). The median inter quartile range (IQR) baseline EQ-5D-5L index was 0.86 [0.76, 1.0] and median and IQR VAS was 80 [70, 90]. Index and VAS scores did not significantly change up to one year after SABR in the linear mixed-effect and censored regression models. Index and VAS scores remained unchanged after stratification by histology or OMD group (de novo or recurrent OMD versus induced or progressive OMD). Patients with baseline NPRS ≥ 2 had lower Index and VAS scores that remained stable over time. Univariate analysis indicated correlation between baseline NPRS ≥ 2 and PFS with a hazard ratio of 2.04 (95% CI: 0.98 -4.24). In multivariate analysis the correlation remained with HR 2.38 (95% CI: 1.10-5.12, p=0.027).
