1). Total VT burden decreased from 14 episodes to 1, with VT events, ICD shocks, ATP, and VT storm reducing from 34 to 6, 6 to 0, 14 to 1, and 3 to 0, respectively.

Conclusion: Early results of the NCT05258422 dose de-escalation protocol of 20Gy/1 fx for rVT are encouraging with limited toxicity and strong efficacy up to 6 months post-CRA. Recruitment and follow-up is ongoing and expected to reach accrual soon.
