ePROM questionnaires include 14 lung and 19 HN cancer-specific questions adapted from CTCAE v5.0 as well as the EuroQol EQ-5D-5L quality-of-life questionnaire. A dysphagia question within the HN questionnaire was adapted from the International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI) framework with a reverse scoring system (higher scores indicating worse dysphagia). Automated advice was provided based on responses upon completion. One team member was assigned to review ePROM responses and escalate to clinicians when grade 2 or above symptoms were reported. Structured interviews were conducted to assess patient experience with the intervention. Results: Over two months, 19/30 eligible patients (10 lung, 9 HN) were recruited. For the lung cohort, median age was 66 years [range 46-76], 8/10 were female, 10/10 had ECOG PS 0-1 and underwent chemoradiotherapy. For the HN cohort, median age was 58 years [range 50-76], 3/9 were female, 7/9 had ECOG PS 0-1, and 4/9 underwent chemoradiotherapy. The ePROMs completion rate was 69.1%, ranging from 47.4% to 89.5% at each timepoint. Figures 1 and 2 show symptom severity at each timepoint. Between the end of radiotherapy and the first follow-up appointment, new grade 3 dyspnoea and grade 4 anorexia were identified in two patients with lung cancer. New grade 3 dry mouth and grade 4 anorexia were identified in two patients with HN cancer.
