Conclusion: In our study, pain levels decreased and QoL improved from admission to discharge, highlighting the effectiveness of pain management strategies. Enhanced pain management strategies tailored to individual patient needs are crucial to better support oncology patients undergoing radiation therapy. Purpose/Objective: Minibeam radiotherapy (MBRT) delivers a spatially separated array of submillimeter wide planar beams of radiation to tumor tissue, with preclinical evidence of enhanced normal tissue regeneration compared to conventional radiotherapy. Here, a single institutional experience for world-first clinical MBRT is presented.
