Conclusion: Low-dose radiotherapy has demonstrated significant reductions in pain (Figura 1), and it can also prevent or delay the need for surgery, offering an alternative for patients who are refractory to conventional treatments. The next step will be to evaluate functional outcomes and quality of life using a longer follow-up period.
