Conclusion: The dose threshold of 20 Gy RBE to the hypothalamus and 30 Gy RBE to the pituitary gland seems to be appropriate to predict GHD. Deficits seem to occur early after RT. Therefore, timely paediatric endocrinology consultation is necessary.
