Material/Methods: Between March 2005 and January 2024, 32 children underwent RT in a pediatric tumours reference center. Clinical details are in Table 1. All patients were treated with photons (10 using 3DRT, 22 with VMAT) at a mean initial dose of 54 Gy. Additionally, 75% of patients also received systemic therapy.

Results: RT was well tolerated, with 78% of patients showing clinical improvement. Median OS was 15.60 months, with no significant differences based on RT techniques, systemic therapy, or performing biopsy (Figure 1).
