Material/Methods: Data from all patients with ES , treated at our centre over five years, between 01 Dec 2018 to 31 Dec 2023 were obtained from electronic medical records. Patients were categorised into three cohorts based on the timing of radiotherapy: definitive radiotherapy ( DRT) , pre-operative radiotherapy ( PreRT) , and post-operative radiotherapy ( PoRT) . Demographic characteristics including age, sex, site of ES, performance status, symptoms and toxicity profile were collected. Survival outcomes, including overall survival ( OS ), local control ( LC ), and progression-free survival ( PFS ), were assessed at various 5-year time points using Kaplan-Meier survival curves. Statistical significance of differences between cohorts was evaluated using the log-rank test .
