Conclusion: Both RTH and RTH+HT are effective local treatments for patients with oligoprogressive MM. As RTH+HT showed slightly better responses, RTH as the sole treatment allowed for longer maintenance of local response. Both types of therapy are well tolerated, and systemic treatment based on both ITH and BRAF/MEK inhibitors can be safely used concurrently.
