volume after radiotherapy and the decline of both ALBI and Child-Pugh scores (P < 0.001 and P = 0.038, respectively).

Conclusion: This study showed a clear association between liver volume reduction and liver function decline in patients with HCC who received definitive radiotherapy.

SPH is a well-established predictor of mortality in both chronic disease and cancer patients. The aim of our study was to evaluate the SPH in gastric cancer patients in Albania. and factors determining it. Material/Methods: SPH was measured by a single-item question with a 5-point scale, rating the health status from poor to excellent. The survey was conducted among 180 non metastatic gastric cancer patient treated at the Oncology Department during 2019-2023.
