Multivariable analyses: a significant association with LC was only retained for image guidance modality (p=0.044; HR=0.38 for MRI, Figure1a ). For OS, CTV (p=0.001; HR=1.05 /10cm 3 ) and BED 98 >100Gy (p=0.046; HR=0.66) were retained ( Figure1b ). Conclusion: Image-guided SBRT as a local treatment option for patients with liver oligometastases offers high LC rates (1-year LC >85%). While in this preliminary work MRI-guidance was found to be associated with better LC, the two databases show imbalances and additional confounding factors will be investigated.
