The benefit of adaptation was classified as “useful”, “not necessary”, or “futiel” based on the criteria described in the Methods section. Conclusion: For the vast majority of patients treated with stereotactic radiotherapy for PDAC the daily online adaptation significantly improved target coverage and OAR sparing.

Recent studies suggested that the delivery of
