Conclusion: A high grade 6-month cumulative GU-toxicity was significantly associated with inferior FFBR and MFS in the EBRT only cohort but not in the EBRT+HDR-BT cohort, possibly due to differences in biological dose between the cohorts. We observed no significant differences in oncological outcomes related to GI-toxicities. Studies focusing on potential interactions among patient related factors, tumour biology, and treatment modality are needed to confirm our exploratory findings.
