Conclusion: By reducing high doses to the rectum, SpaceOAR enables higher doses to be prescribed to the DILs located close to the rectum. Moreover, cone beam CT with 6 degrees of freedom couch used for patient setup and triggered kV imaging for tracking intraprostatic motion can reliably monitor the prostate position, ensuring safe treatment delivery 1 . Consistent with published evidence, these have the potential to improve the patient's therapeutic ratio 2 .
