Early trial results suggest MR/spacer-facilitated NV-SAbR mitigates QoL impacts of PCa RT, with limitations of multiple comparisons. Determining the clinical magnitude of benefit may depend on dose and requires continued longitudinal assessment as planned, especially for sexual function. Funding: Boston Scientific

In order to standardize treatments it’s necessary defining the SBRT selection criteria. The aim of this study is to evaluate if critical issues are complementary between surgery and SBRT. Surgical troubles, e.g. proximity to renal pelvis or blood vessels are not an issue for SBRT. Conversely, patients eligible for nephron sparing surgery could be challenging for SBRT due to proximity of organs at risk (OAR), e.g bowel or duodenum. The Young Academic Urologists (YAU) working group RCC started to retrospectively evaluate SBRT feasibility in patients included in a multi institutional surgical database.
