Conclusion: Prostate SBRT in five fractions combined with a SIB to the GTV and an OTT of seven days using a 0,35-T MR-linac with online daily adaptive radiotherapy showed acceptable Grade 2+ GU acute toxicity and a low amount of acute Grade 2+ GI toxicity.
