Conclusion: The TEDDI study has demonstrated the feasibility and safety of DIBH training and treatment in a paediatric population across different ages, and for some patients there was a clear dosimetric benefit for the heart and lungs. This suggests that DIBH should be considered as an effective and feasible strategy in paediatric patients to reduce the risk of late effects.
