Conclusion: The successful implementation of a comprehensive DCD, guided by a structured change management approach, demonstrates the feasibility of standardizing dose constraints in radiotherapy planning. The integration with automated verification tools while maintaining clinical flexibility effectively bridges the gap between literature recommendations and clinical practice.
